Before your first order

WhyKorean is preparing a focused Korean skincare edit for Singapore. Products are not available to order yet.

Where do you ship from?

Our planned route is Korea to Singapore using Korea Post EMS. Final handling times, transit estimates and charges will be shown before orders open.

What will I pay?

Check the actual checkout currency, shipping and import-tax treatment before paying. The store currently uses KRW; SGD checkout has not been verified. Do not assume all orders below S$400 are tax-free.

Can I return an item?

Our proposed change-of-mind policy is 14 days for unused, unopened, sealed products, with return-postage responsibility disclosed before purchase. It is still a draft. Defective or incorrect goods and applicable consumer rights are treated separately.
